Order Processing & Delivery
New orders are processed every Tuesday, with an estimated preparation time of 2-3 weeks. Once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup, you will be notified.

Shipping & Pickup Options
You can choose from two delivery options:

Free Pickup at Sports Experts Place Vertu
Purolator Shipping for $10 (Canada only). Orders over $150 (before tax) qualify for free shipping!

Service Fee
A $5 service fee applies to all orders.

Stock & Refunds
If there are any stock issues with your order, we will contact you and issue a refund.

All items are made to order, including those without a logo. Please review the sizing charts carefully, as we do not accept refunds or exchanges.
